2022.- O portavoz do Grupo Popular de Educaci\u00f3n, Ovidio Rodeiro, defendeu hoxe no Pleno do Parlamento galego \u201co modelo xusto, solidario e redistributivo\u201d de reparto de libros de texto en Galicia, que este ano supor\u00e1 un investimento de 28 mill\u00f3ns de euros, un 50 por cento m\u00e1is que en 2021, e chegar\u00e1 ao 75 por cento das familias en idade escolar.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Rodeiro explicou que o modelo galego \u201cfacilita o acceso das familias aos libros de texto facendo compatibles as axudas a quen m\u00e1is o necesitan coa solidariedade e coa cooperaci\u00f3n na progresiva extensi\u00f3n de iniciativas de bancos de libros impulsadas pola comunidade educativa de cada centro, ao tempo que se propicia a dispo\u00f1ibilidade de materiais e contidos educativos dixitais\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>UTILIDADE E IDONEIDADE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Na s\u00faa intervenci\u00f3n, o portavoz popular lembrou que \u201co pr\u00e9stamo de libros de texto do bipartito de PSdeG e BNG non era universal, dado que non todos os alumnos ti\u00f1an os libros gratis pero si acced\u00edan moitas familias con grandes ingresos; e xeraba problemas de xesti\u00f3n para os centros, ante o que o Goberno galego daquela decidiu contratar unha empresa privada\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO Grupo Popular defende e cree na utilidade e idoneidade do modelo de gratuidade solidaria de libros de texto e das axudas para a adquisici\u00f3n de material escolar\u201d, manifestou Balseiro, quen lamentou que \u201cda a sensaci\u00f3n de que os socialistas queren esconder, por unha banda, que o Goberno de Pedro S\u00e1nchez, coa apresurada aplicaci\u00f3n da Lomloe sen contar coas comunidades aut\u00f3nomas, obriga a un maior desenvolso \u00e1s familias ao ter que cambiar todos os libros dos cursos impares; e, por outra, tentan esconder que non tiveron iniciativa e que non adoptaron medidas para axudar \u00e1s familias e facer fronte aos sobrecustos derivados da inflaci\u00f3n\u201d.
